Place: Zoom – please use the link below to register prior to the meeting. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the AGM being held virtually we ask that each team only register one team rep.

There are four board positions up for election during this meeting:

• Vice-President (open)
• Treasurer (open)
• Scheduler/statistician (open)
• Discipline Chair (open) – if the proposed amendments to the constitution are not approved

Nominations for election of candidates should be sent via email to kwsc.communications@gmail.com prior to the Annual General Meeting or may also be received from the floor assembly at the AGM. Please also consult the Nominations and Elections By-Law posted on the KWSC website (http://indoor.kwsc.info), click 'About', then 'Constitution').
